Create a SCtkExperiment

SCtkExperiment(..., pcaVariances = S4Vectors::DataFrame())

SingleCellExperiment and SummarizedExperiment components

pcaVariances

The percent variation contained in each PCA dimension

Value

A SingleCellExperiment like object with an addition pcaVariances slot.
